Hungry every two hours

I'm 11 years post op and I'm hungry every two hours. I spoke with a dietitian and she said that it is normal and it shows that the surgery is still working. My total weight loss was 124 pounds and I have kept off 114 but I so want to get the other 10 off and I find it impossible with the hunger. Does anyone else have this hunger or am I the only one? And how many calories do you eat to lose weight? I was told that I need to eat 1600 calories a day due to the surgery and absorption but I feel that is too many. Any thoughts?

I often get hungry every 2 hours or so. I eat around 1,900 calories a day, but burn about 500 a day in exercise. When I get hungry before meal time, I will usually have something to drink so I have to wait 30 minutes to eat something. Keep it healthy, avoid filling up on junk foods and you'll be fine!
