    High: i got all my shopping in for only 20 bucks over budget,

    Low: i had high sugars last night and today (fighting an infection) which made me feel really crappy and so heat sensitive

    Going into a very stressful weekend, a birthday party with 22 guests, a social (its a big *kitten* pre wedding party/fundraiser) with lots of drunk people, and i dont drink. Including for fun times my husbands ex wife and her fiancee. I really should start drinking again...
    My step kods get picked up at 10 husband isnt home till 4 and my house is a mess....
    I really should start drinking again

    But i am in my calories for the day, did not bad on water, and although i bought a lot of chips for the party i didnt get any that i like so that i am not tempted

    Friday's high: an extremely stressful day, but stayed under my calorie goal!
    Low: definitely did NOT make my macros today!!

    High: it's a the day weekend, and my boyfriend is off with me! Our schedules are so different, and I miss him. We're going to be crazy active and enjoy our time together.
    Low: probably walked too much the last few days. I'm limping a bit.

    High: the scale is moving in the right direction again.....I am still four pounds up from my last recorded weight here, but its better than 9!

    Low: My SO should have been here by now, but is still working and works several hours away, so it is looking like its gonna be a late night *sigh*

    High for the day: built my keyhole garden.
    Low: I had to do it alone as everyone I asked to visit and help has other plans. :(

    High: actually stopped myself mid piece of pizza at supper last night because I was full. & I motivated myself into going on a 7km cross country hike yesterday :smiley:

    Low: none, I feel great this week! Very proud of myself.

    Sorry I have been MIA the past few weeks. May is my hectic time of year. All my volunteer activities come to a head at this time of year and there is so much to get done all at the same time
    High: I really wanted another cupcake but it didn't fit in my calories so I didn't have it.
    Low: My mom is visiting and makes those underhanded comments about my weight loss that are compliments but not really.
