So I filled up Heybales sheet
thanks @heybales.
Here is what i got for sedentary.
BMR 1686
TDEE 2108
TDEG 1686
Im not very active currently. But I want to reach 10,000 steps a day goal.
I am planning on 10 days reset after every 60 days of cut.
My question is that i plan on logging exercise calories separately and eat some of those. is this okay approach? Because I dont know how much exercise ill get daily someday i get none.
Thanks guys for your input

In that case - just use MFP as designed.
Set it to sedentary, and 15% deficit would be about 350 calories, so take the option for 1/2 lb weekly weight loss.
Set the exercise goal to whatever - it doesn't effect the math anyway.
Then on your daily eating goal, since only given a 250 cal deficit but you could have 350 - leave 100 in the green daily.
If you workout, log it, take 15% off the calorie burn given before saving - and eat the new goal that is given.
Again leaving 100 in the green.0 -
okay thanks alot0
