    I can never tell on a run if I'm working really hard and therefore sweating a lot or JUST having a hot flash!!! :-P

    I don't even sweat during hot flashes. Just feel like a mutant with radiant hands and feet.

    I'm not the only one who gets red hands? Mine turn beet red and feel uncomfortable. Along with my ears and sometimes feet. :laugh:
