Stomach Problems

Ok, I have only been doing the low carb diet since Friday. However, I think I have only had two bowel movements since then. They weren't hard or anything like that, but I'm just worried about not having enough. Is this normal?? I'm just quite confused

Are you eating low carb, moderate protein and HIGH FAT?0

I usually have no BM for 5 days then go once a day for the next 3 days. It is my new normal.
Way better than the 1-3 times a day diarrhea I used to have on high carb.
I don't get bloated/have tummy aches/ feel constipated and when I go it's normal.0 -

How are your electrolytes? You might want to take magnesium supplements0

Not hard, not painful, not uncomfortable? If it's just less than you expect, everything is fine. If you feel like you have to go but can't, have pain, or it's dry and hard, then be concerned.0

I agree with fit goat. I used to be an astoundingly regular one a day kinda gal. Now... every couple of days? Maybe every three days. Maybe it's because what we're putting in is actually being used? Less "crap"! I dunno. But if there's no pain, just less poop, I wouldn't worry.0 -
Ok, yes I am definitely eating low carbs, moderate protein, and high fat. But yes, there was nothing uncomfortable about it, just hardly anything. I was kind of surprised. Just thought something would be there. But yes, I am consuming a lot less crap than normal. WAY LESS!!0
