i am struggling to eat more than 600 calories a day. Just not hungry and I'm afraid it's going to damage organs or my metabolism.

Your body doesn't need any carbs so you don't need to introduce carbs. I have days a barely eat anything and then I'll have days where I eat a lot. I guess it all evens out eventually. 28 hours is a long time, but if it isn't happening all the time, I wouldn't worry about it. Just make sure when you are hungry you are eating

Just enjoy it while it lasts. You will have hungry times and less hungry times. Your body is a complex and amazing thing - it won't let you starve!0
