Had a good breakfast, horrible lunch and snack, but I did Pump and Shred. I don't think I used enough weight. Need to put more on first and then take off if too much. Tomorrow, I think I will do an Insanity disc for cardio workout. Can't find it on the database. Looks like I am going to have to add each set and exercise. Argh.
