Stage 1 Question

Options
When you just start, are you doing just 2 sets of each? I know somewhere in the book he said it's ok to do 2-4. It just seems like such a short workout doing only 2 sets.

    Just do like the schedule is set up. It will increase to three sets later on in stage one.
