I am looking forward to grilling this weekend...and I thought it would be neat to see others ideas?
My grilling list is:
Romaine hearts
Asparagus
kebabs --- mushroom, new potatoes, squash and onions
Corn on the cob
We don't eat meat but boy do we eat good!
Anyone else got some good fixens for the weekend?

If it ever stops raining I'm going to makes salmon kabobs with cumin, chili powder, garlic and lime slices and serve them with Spanish cauliflower rice and grilled asparagus.0
