Hi everyone new here I am an old T-2 diagnosed in 2005 cancer survivor and Hashimotos too did ok on Metformin for 10 years then Fasting BS started creeping up from 140 to 280 went 9 years with no healthcare got it last year kept food logs for past 2 years for each new Dr ..finally got put on Insulin will take refresher diabetes class today 2 hours and then next week start Lantus Insulin 1 10 unit at night have insulin injection class next week...i have watched 8 videos on utube to show me how to inject...i think i can ...LOL...insulin carry case cost more then my co pay yipes..its all new to me..i walk a lot with trek poles do tai chi dvd, have resistance bands, and a gazelle glider do a lot of yard work..and am now eating a atkins low carb diet..anyway thanks for letting me post here...have a great Memorial Day Weekend..I will be watching Indy 500 and doing free wts sitting in front of Tv LOL..

    For Injections use the super fine needles, then just pinch, poke and plunge.
