I just ordered coconut BUTTER - what to do w/it ? Seems just like coconut oil to me.

    I've seen some fat bomb recipes where they use it in place of peanut butter.

    Never heard of it. I had to look it up.
    It looks like it's made from the meat pulp ground up. From the looks of it, I imagine you could use it instead of butter or nut butter. From the nutritional info on it, I'd lean more towards using it like nut butter - that is, very sparingly because of the carb content (yeah, but net carbs make it low - still, not a zero carb food).
