Weigh IN Sunday
You can either list your actual weight, how much it changed (hopefully for the better), and/or percentage. It's up to you so do whatever makes you comfortable. Feel free to post any other real wins for the week like NSV or whatever you feel like sharing.

I'm down 2.6 pounds from last Sunday, which is slightly less than the lowest weigh in I saw from last month. I weighed myself everyday and yeah, I have a lot of variability from day to day, which is good to remember. I only worked out about 3 times this week, avoiding anything that stressed out my shoulder.
I guess another win is that I finally got my Up fitness band replacement this week so maybe I can be more aware of my activity going forward. I'm really going to focus on getting a good sleep pattern going. This is a particularly problematic area for me.
Hopefully you all are enjoying the holiday weekend. I'm doing a lot of yard work, clearing my defensible space for fire season.0 -
I am down a pound. I was in a fitbit challenge this week and won. I had hoped my weight would have reflect that but didn't.0

Great job Debbie and Scott!
A loss is something to celebrate for sure. And congrats on winning your challenge Debbie. You should friend me on there - I think I'd like a challenge
I'm down 1.6 this week and I'm pretty darn happy with that. It's the first time in a while that I've lost 2 weeks in a row. Only 1.6 lbs more until I'm at my 15%!
I'm also doing yard work this weekend - weeding and planting and power washing and staining my deck... Tomorrow I attack my car and play some *kitten* in the back yard. I hope you all have a great Memorial Day!0 -
Lol! I just realized that MFP ***'d out the word corn hole in my last post! I had it as all one word and apparently MFP doesn't recognize that as a perfectly innocent and fun backyard game - lol!
I also realized I've been saying I'm close to being at 15% of my body weight lost, when really - it's 10%. Don't know where I got 15% from... Apparently math is not my forte! So I'm approaching 10% which I'm still happy about ☺0 -
lol I am attacking my yard today0

Well the school year is ending. It is crazy now just finals. I have really slacking off with the exercising but going good with the eating.
Kris when you go to Rushmore you have to go to crazy horse the Indian one. outstanding0 -
Last week I didn't exercise as many days as usual either (well, formally exercise anyway - I was doing a lot of activity Fri-Mon with all the outside work I got done), but I'm back on the band wagon now. I actually like having the few 'extra' calories I allow myself when I'm exercising, so that motivates me to get back at it!
Thanks Debbie - We most likely will go to see Crazy HorseIs it finished yet, do you know? I'd heard it was pretty awesome...

Great job with the weight losses ladies! Funny about corn hole being censored... although I've never heard of that game but evidently MFP has!
Yeah the end of the school year is all crazy for me too. Unfortunately, I've had ample opportunity to partake in consuming extra calories disguised as delicious and irresistible homemake cookies and other delights. I haven't done any formal excercise either this week. My shoulder is still bothering me but the pain has shifted to more of the top and a bit to the front... kinda weird how it's been moving all around. I've been thinking about going for a run instead of a normal workout, so maybe I'll actually go do it today, since that shouldn't bother my shoulder any.
Oh... I have been killing it in the sleep category the past couple nights (average of 8 1/2 hours) so I'm pretty happy with that. I still feel pretty tired so I probably need a lot more to catch up.0 -
Since i have been logging in my sleep i only sleep 5 hours a night. Crazy hours will never be done in my life time. I dont even think in my sons. It is just amazing.
Debbie
