Sounds silly, but noticed after a pedicure that my toes and feet turned blue! It went away when I stood up, but kept reappearing when I sat down. I had raynauds about 40 years ago in my hands, but not in my feet. Am I turning into a bizzardo hypochondriac?

I've never heard of it, but a quick google suggests that it might be related to a magnesium deficiency, which is fairly common on low carb diets.
