Welcome to our first weekly challenge. And I am going to make this one slightly hard (for me, anyway).
For the food part of this challenge...
NO FAST FOOD.
For the fitness challenge this week.....
Complete 30 push-ups (any style, and break them up throughout the day), and 50 sit-ups every day. That is a total of 210 push-ups and 350 sit-ups for the week.

Let's get to work. Be sure to post here as you complete them, every day or at the end of the week!

    Ok... Day one complete... No fast food, 60 sit ups and 30 push ups down!!!!! B)

    Day Two... 30 push ups (6 reps, 5 times, girl style because I have no upper body strength). 75 sit ups and I completed the Cardio Fix video of the 21 Day Fix. Ouch.
