Past few days -off track

I feel like I'm totally derailing. My carb count had been higher and I'm not sure all that accurate. I'm certain I'm out of keto, and can't find the desire to get back in.
Today I feel like crud after taking a benadryl and I just keep wanting to eat. I'm a little nervous that this will snowball too far out of control.
Why do I feel so hungry today when I've been good for so long? Should I just keep eating/snacking till I'm full? Even if I'm at my calorie limit and I have no energy. Could me having no energy be caused by falling out of keto?

Ketones = reduced hunger. Trust your hunger when you're ketotic. Don't trust it under the influence of carbs.
Low energy could be anything, including a little carb-induced hypoglycemia. Ketones are also high energy molecules. Make some more of them.0 -
Wonder how long it'll take to get back there, I've only been about 50 g a day but I don't think I was fully adapted yet. I don't want to be under 20g total carbs, I think if that's necessary I might have to give up on keto0

At 50g day, you will start to reduce your liver glycogen in 2-3 days. That's when your body will start making ketones. You can do it!0

Thank you, I think I can too. I think getting back to work tomorrow will help me to keep my schedule on track. Maybe my body/mind just needed this today. Funny I feel out of control cuz I ate 50g of carbs, I used to eat like 200g a day lol0

You're hungry because you're eating wrong foods that will make you more hungry and not real wholesome food. That cheesecake and icecream and bread is nothing but empy calories and full of sugar/carbs, without any nutritional value. Do you really need that in your body? Ask yourself what is important and why you started eating low carb to begin with. Mind over matter!0

The cheesecake ice cream is a lc one I made. The bread was useless though.0

Pre log the next three days in MFP and stick to it religiously. Don't allow yourself to make choices meal by meal. Hey presto you're in ketosis and not hungry anyway!0

I ate a sandwich roll last night. I was at my mother's house and though I mentioned to her I am lowering carbs, she made crabmeat salad for sandwiches. If I didn't eat the roll, then I would have had to eat all of the crabmeat and not leave any for anyone else. So I ate one roll. In the past I would have eaten 2 or 3 rolls. So then I found leftover green salad in the fridge and black olives and dumped more crabmeat on that and ate it. I wish I had seen the green salad before I ate the roll. *sigh*
Anyway, I did not sleep well because of it and that run down and stressed feeling is nagging at the edges and this morning I was starving. I hope I didn't get too far derailed with that. There is a difference between real hunger and that carb induced hunger I am noticing.0
