Lets do this!!! Wait....what's the target?

I've got a general guideline I plan to follow in the next couple of weeks:
    1) exercise at least 3 times a week. Target to clock at least 200kCal burn per session if not...do more!
    2) add some strength training in as well
    3) do not exceed the food limit (I'm flailing this week!)

    That's a general...but as a challenge, I want to do more.
How shall we up the ante?

First I need to get up the courage to step on the scale : (

I think I'm going to take measurements on Monday morning and see how many inches I can lose in one week...anyone want to join me??

Thats a great plan. I haven' put my measurements into MFP yet so i'll do that monday.

How come you haven't stepped on the scales yet? Is it because you are nervous about what they will say? What stops you getting on them?
Hope you don't mind me asking this? :flowerforyou:

I am not losing weight at the moment as my scales keep telling me... so your inch loss approach might be a good angle to go from to see if im losing inches instead?

I'm scared the other way around... the numbers are going down on the scale but I NEED inch loss to fit into my clothes again and I guess I'm scared it just won't happen!

Okay. I will add measurements tonight. I will get brave!
