THINGS THAT ARE WORKING.......
Just thought i'd start this off by saying that i created this group this morning feeling pretty low; but reading everyones input has made me feel really positive. Just had half an hour free and squeezed in a quick bit of David Hayes Box and Tone. For half an hour it says that burns 250cal!! every little helps ;)
Game Plan
My game plan for this month is to do 60mins on the elliptical EVERYDAY. (30 in the morning & 30 at night) Then next month I haven't really figured it out yet... I recently went on a site with loads of quotes and pic/video uploads; Thought we could add any things that inspire us or things that keep us motivated... this is the first time i have set anything up like this so i hope i'm doing it right?
Cheat Days
Always wonder if this is a positive or negative. A lot of people swear by them, but I question wether or not they help or hinder the process?? Maybe it has to do with the type of eating plan you are doing. Not sure. What do you think?
