1. Commit to losing weight/getting fitter/eating more healthily
2. Complete week 1

4. Have someone ask you if you've lost weight even though they don't know you're trying
5. Complete first month
6. Try a healthy food you've never tried before
7. Cook a healthy meal you've never cooked before
8. Cut out junk food for at least a week
9. Cut out white processed food for at least a week
