Hey ya'll! I was on MF and after I stopped I was left with tons of food that has since expired…however it is dehydrated so not sure it really expires!I have had several items since expiration and they still taste the same. I had planed to go back on the program but life has just been too complicated and as we approach our next international adoption, I need the funds, more than I need to lose weight so I decided i would part with my supply at a huge discount.

This is what I have:
23- Soft Serve Peanut butter (just add a little water and makes a peanut butter treat if you don't want to make the ice cream… i had this twice a day! Also great to mix half with half a packet of brownie box and microwave…num num.) exp 1/04/14

1- chocolate mint soft serve exp 8/30/13

14- sloppy joe exp 3/29/14

2- chili exp 09/28/13

4- stew exp 09/20/13

1- cream of chicken soup exp 10/12/13

3- cream of broccoli soup exp 10/13/13

3- chicken noodle soup exp 11/10/13

1- maryland crab soup exp 10/10/13

3- cream of tomato soup exp 9/20/13

2- mac n cheese exp 5/9/14

8- vanilla pudding (varying exp dates from 12/30/12 to 3/7/14)

21- banana puding (varying exp dates from 12/19/13 tp 3/5/14)

4 chocolate pudding exp 10/12/13

17- brownies (varying exp from 1/19/14 to 3/22/14)

7- hot cocoa exp 10/14/13

2- diabetic chocoalet shake exp 3/5/14

3- dutch chocolate shake exp 11/4/13

1- chai latte exp 9/21/13

5- spiced pancakes exp 12/9/13

7- original eggs exp 10/5/13

5- apple cinnamon oatmeal 11/8/13

3- peach oatmeal exp 11/23/13

13- chili nacho puffs (varying exp 11/15/12 to 8/4/13)

3- cheese pizza bites exp 11/9/12

3- honey mustard pretzel sticks exp 04/2013

159 meals $425 value (plus tax of course)

asking 1.25 per packet (minimum 25 packets) or $180 takes it all!

Well yeah - duh - she mentions that in her first sentence. But most of this stuff doesn't really expire, ever. It's freeze-dried food. In my experience the only thing the expiration date does for MediFast food is reduce the resale value from about $2 per package to about $1 per package. I'll go for the cheap expired stuff every time.

FYI: We're done with the program - Close enough to goal weights to be off the 5&1 forever now. I like having this stuff around because I'm used to it, and it's really simple to grab for a meal replacement. However - with the recent price increases I've stopped purchasing everything, other than the 2 items my wife simply can't live without.
