Finding myself trying once again. I waited this time to post anything or be social about it, so today is technically day 10. I am mixing it up, between DDP Yoga and Planet Fitness workouts. I think I end up getting better workouts on DDP yoga days, though.
I am SURE the PF people would LOVE to hear that! I'm hoping that by mixing it up, I won't get bored or frustrated with just the DVDs all the time.
Well, another day, another 90%. I want to keep it going, without putting it down this time.

DDP Yoga's a good balance of things (flexibility/strength/cardio), so it's not surprising that you'd find it a "better workout" than Planet Fitness (especially if you're doing primarily cardio).0
