Not low carb by your standards, but much lower than the SAD folks. I tend to focus on slower carbs, and eliminating the carbage (eating only high quality carbs).
but here goes:

I just started the keto diet because of inflammation. My family and I were in a car accident and pretty messed up. The doctors said for me to go keto to reduce the carbs that can cause the inflammation and the fluid between the joints that cause a lot of the pain. So people who have decreased fibromyalgia pain and arthritic pain can relate this to lower carbs that do not "ignite the fire" of inflammation.

Low carb 2 months (50g ish daily) - tried lower but like vegetables too much. If I stop losing I may decide to go lower but this works for me at the moment.0
