Nothing sounds appetizing...

Sometimes I get to a point where I just don't like food anymore, I have to force myself to eat. Does anyone else run into this problem when doing the Keto diet? Not even bad food sounds appetizing. Wish I had this problem before I became over weight.

Yes that happens to me frequently on any low carb plan. On one hand I guess it's a blessing. But sometimes I really feel like I'll be sick if I eat one more piece of meat. I have found that low carb high fat soups help me thru those periods. I make a cauliflower puree with lots of heavy cream and add cheese and bacon bits and sour cream...its very high in fat and goes down alot easier in those times.0

yes! But thats the beauty of it. If nothing sounds good, then skip it. Trust me. You will get to a point that you want something to eat. Take advantage of the times you don't want it. I read something really good the other day in an article. It said when it's time to eat and you are questioning whether you are really hungry, picture eating a steak. If a steak truly appeals to you, then you are hungry. If it doesn't then more than like you are not. We are so accustomed to thinking we have to eat three times a day instead of just listening to our bodies...guilty as charged myself. That feeling will pass, but don't eat unless you are really hungry. If you have weight to lose, your body has plenty to "eat". That's why the hunger isn't there. Your body is accessing fat stores.0

Rather live without the munchies. Easier to control the diet.0
