Hi I've seen recipes using dry cake mix and a diet soda. I've heard it's a weight watchers recipe but I was wandering if anybody knew how many calories would be in one?

All you need to do is look at the box and use the calories in the mix not the prepared. The diet soda does not add any calories. Oh and this is really good. I have made it several times.0

Cake Is very high in fat and sugar its better to stay away from this stuff.. If you feel like you need something .. make yogurt popsicles.. I put fruit yogurt milk ... its so yummy and its not bad for you .

I make this when we want cake (come one sometimes you just want cake!) ... if you google ww diet soda cake you will come up with tons of variations - like white cake with diet orange soda, chocolate cake with diet root beer is good.... diet root beer with spice cake. if you are worried about the sugar content use the sugar free cake mixes... it make a light and airy cake almost sponge cake like. You just use one can of diet soda and a cake mix - mix and bake as directed... I tend to put in the # of egg whites that the recipe on the box calls for eggs - I just tend to like the texture better... all things in moderation ... but this is a good option when you want cake .... You can mix cool whip with a box of sugar free jello pudding for frosting if you want to frost the cake too.... Also google the WW sponge cake recipes too - the sponge cake I am told has less sugar content ...0
