Hi group,
I'm new on here. I'm very glad I stumbled onto this group. I have definitely struggled with the emotional side of eating for over a decade. ED's in highschool turned into binge eating in college. I gained and lost a TON of weight back and forth for the past 5 years. I am much better now than I was before, but it is still a struggle. Hard days at work, arguments with the hubby, stress from the family, it all makes it so hard to say "NO" to emotionally eating. Its nice to know there is a community of people here that can understand that struggle and I hope to make some nice new friends! Friend requests always welcome!
