chocolate dipped apples

core and slice apple(keep skin on) melt 1 square of 72% or higher dark chocolate with a package or 2 of splenda and dash of water. Microwave a few seconds at a time and stir in between until melted. Put apple slices on wax paper covered small cookie sheet or pan, drizzle chocolate over apple, smear any left to cover as much as you can. freeze for 10 mins or so till chocolate is hard. let them sit a few minutes then eat, tastes like the fruit in edible arrangement bouquets. can also use grapes or strawberries
