Weigh IN Sunday

You can either list your actual weight, how much it changed (hopefully for the better), and/or percentage. It's up to you so do whatever makes you comfortable. Feel free to post any other real wins for the week like NSV or whatever you feel like sharing.

Well I'm up 0.4 for the week but I had way too many cookies so I'm lucky to get away with this small gain. Im still sleeping more than usual so that's a definite win for me!

I'm trying to think of some wise advice to give you for avoiding cookies, Scott - but I can't think of any! Maybe drink a large glass of water before you eat them in the hopes it will prevent eating more than you'd like? With me, this weekend, it was Strawberry Daiquiris! ;) I did go on a 4.5 mi walk first, and they were made with fresh strawberries, so that's something, eh? Sleeping more is awesome! I seem to do okay with that Fri-Sat nights, but manage usually only 6.5 hrs a night on weeknights. I'm not a morning person, either, so closer to 8 would be better for me.

I was down 1 lb on Sunday, so that's not bad! I was down 1.4 at one point this past week, but gained .4 of it back by Sunday, and unfortunately, this morning, I'm up another .2 from yesterday. I'm not sweating it though - it'll hopefully be gone again by next Sunday. :)

Debbie - one of my Fitbit friends invited me to a 'weekend warrior' challenge this weekend and I didn't win, but came in 2nd! Not too bad considering it started at 7pm Friday and I was in bed with a migraine by 8:30pm Friday. I might've taken the crown if I'd been up for some walking Friday night...

I am up also, didn't exercise that much last week. I am off until we go back to school Aug 13 so i will work out more. Good job on getting second, and you had a migraine.
Scott sometimes you just have to have that cookie, then get on with it.

Kristine, you're doing so great with dropping those pounds! You go girl! That's terrible about that migraine though. My wife struggles with those from time to time.

All I really gotta say about this past week is that cookies and cake and all that stuff was abundant with all the end of year celebrations but now they are no more. My wife is doing something called the Whole 30 or something like that where you really go for cutting the sugar for 30 days, starting on Monday. I'm sure that I'll get some of that "benefit" so that will be good. We (my wife, one of my sons and myself) are going to do the Daily Burn daily. I've been totally slacking off with the workouts, except I did go for a 2 mile run this week and a good ol' BTH (Butt, Thighs, and Hips or something like that) workout. My shoulder is so achy so that's my crutch for not working out so much.
