To be in Keto you only need to watch your carbs0

Ok if I set my carbs to your 15% of total calories for 1 month?0
-
You'll want to aim for less than 20 grams of carbs per day to get into ketosis.0

My ratios are 5/20/750

GSD_Mama is exactly right. That is the standard Keto macros. Any higher on the carbs is considered low carb.
I hope this helps,

To be in ketosis you just watch your carbs, but to lose weight you have to also watch total calories. IMO my carbs set to 5% and I just eat less than 20 grams, even if it gives me more.0

To be honest friends I tried 5%:35%:60% C:P:F ratio for keto. I am a veggy so was eating PANEER all the day and I gaveup after 1 week as I was unable to eat PANEER anymore. So now following 15%:35%:50% ratio.0

It will take a long time to get fat adapted if you are eating more carbs, if it's over 50 gr. It may be impossible. But you don't have to be in ketosis to lose weight. If that's what your goal is, but you'll need to eat at a deficit. 15% tells us nothing, because it's based on the calories you eat, plus exercise. Anything under 100 grams is just low carb. But that's ok. I guess it depends on what your goals are.0

It is an Indian homemade cheese. You can look up recipes. From what I've seen, it's fairly simple to make...and has a distinctive taste. I've never made it, but I've been curious.0

Instead of figuring out carbs based on macros, I would just make a target goal of 20 carbs (at most 30). You really need the pee sticks though to be sure hahahaha. You should know after a few days when the good ole migraines and fogginess are gone.
If a 300 Lb. individual used 15% carbs, it would be waaaay high ... probably pushing it.0
