Tackled making the Keto Cheese chips today and even some Cheese and Bacon ones and have had this caramel one on my pinterest for awhile and was thinking of trying it next so wondering if anyone had an luck making it and how it turned out?

    Looks good and simple. Never tried it though. Cant see what I would use to snack with it. Apples = no no on keto.

    Just be careful with the amount of creamer used though. A serving (about 2 Tbsp) will have about 1 gram of carb.
  • I was thinking of using it as a frozen caramel candy drop.

    I'm not big on dipping any foods into anything but love caramel candies :smile:

    Looks interesting. Could be an interesting add to a low carb cheesecake or low carb brownie.
    Or eat it on a spoon :-)
  • I'm going to try it tomorrow and see how it turns out, Hoping not having the 40% heavy cream won't mess it up as all we can buy here least in my town is 35% whipping cream everything else was 20% or less
