June 1-what are your goals for this month?

Can't believe it is June 1 already!!
So what are your personal goals for a healthier you this month??
I have decided to start re-logging my food and exercise on MFP....I did well when I did this, so thought I would 'reboot' myself and keep track of my calories and exercise. I would LOVE to lose 10 pounds...but I will take 5 even!! I want to dedicate myself to moving/exercising more so my knees are not as stiff as they have gotten!! So these are my goals...how about you guys????

My personal goal for this month is no fast food lunches. A bit of weight loss wouldn't go amiss, but the healthier eating is the focus of the month haha.0

My goals for this month are to swim every day when the lake warms up, to drink 64+ ounces of water, and to keep better track of my protein intake.
I also need to address my ongoing sacroilliitis/piriformis/sciatica issues---back to my GP for physical therapy and neurological referrals. Grrrrr... I just want the pain to go away! It sucks!!! I thought losing 100 pounds would fix it, but no luck so far.
Anyway, whine whine whine.
