Low Carb High Fat`

Any good tips for raising the amount of fat? I'm typically 50 or 60 grams short of daily goal!

    You don't need to meet any goals for fat unless you're still hungry.

    Cheese, butter, coconut oil, macadamia nuts, fatty fish, etc are all good sources. Go nuts. :)

    Use butter and heavy whipping cream to help increase fat intake. But no, only increase them if you are feeling hungry between meals.

    I think this needs to be in giant flashing letters at the top of the page.

    Yup, carbs are a limit, protein is a range goal, and fats are what you use to fill in the gaps!

    I sometimes try to increase the fat macro. Duhhhh. Thanks for reminding me that I don't need to do that!
