I just bought a new Eat Smart body fat scale to replace my old Tanita, which never worked, and it turns out I overestimated my BF% by about 6%. Happy news, but now I have to redo my macros! Lol

I know they're not 100% accurate, but if it's anywhere close I'll take it. I needed some good news today.

Score!! Is it easier to read than the Tanita? My Ironman gave me information overload until it just stopped working. Been looking to upgrade from my drugstore cheapie.

I had a Tanita that worked great, except you had to change the info each time for each user. No way was my H doing that.

So now I have the Aria to go with the Fitbit. He just has to step on the scale, not even record it.

I found it to be fairly accurate when comapred to the fancy professonal one at the dieticians office

I think the digital readout is much better than the Tanita. And the scale will automatically pull up each user's data based on the weight when you stand on it, so no switching back and forth. Its pretty cool. Plus (and this is a little thing, but I like it, lol) its glass, so its easier to clean.
