I really need some suggestions for healthy snacks other than carrot and celery sticks. Something that I can keep in my desk at work ar eat at home and still be satisfied. Please Help!

The only thing I can suggest for now is anything that's sugar free or low sugar items.0

Low-fat cheese snacks, any non-starchy vegetable (cucumbers, peppers, edamame, broccoli, etc with or without fat-free or low-fat dip), fruit in moderation (given the diabetes), nuts (100 calorie packs are great to keep on hand), sugar free low-carb protein shakes (i.e. EAS AdvantEdge), yogurt, sugar free puddings/gelatin.0
