    Haha that was a good read. I guess I went through a few of those phases but it wasn't so pronounced for me. I had a few very hungry days but that was it. I haven't had a craving in forever. Sometimes I feel a bit hungry and want some extra LCHF food but that's the only thing.

    Yep, I didn't get the "carb flu" (which to me, is what that describes) until week 4. Now I'm in it. I was crabby/angry, hangry, now I'm exhausted and want to nap. I had 3 weeks of "Oh this is NBD; I feel great" and this week I want to combo "kill all the things/nap all day".

    I had no flu. But then that first TOM came. Dear Lord...my poor family. lol

    Yep, while it might not be exact (it never is, because it depends largely on the person and where they came from), it is very much applicable to LCHF.
