I was going to have bacon and eggs but didn't have any eggs. So breakfast was cucumber slices slathered with cream cheese with bacon on top. And one large strawberry with whipped cream.
I'm almost glad I was out of eggs, because that was great.

Yum....sounds so good. I also like bacon and avocado in a pinch!
