    Coconut oil for life by DJ Ley. (Easily findable online). I know her personally from some farmer's markets, and she makes an amazing coconut oil bar with berries, nuts, and coconut oil. Amazing.

    I use coconut oil in place of olive oil in every recipe, no need for a special book.

    Thanks maracuya23, I'll get this one. And ashleyaplewh, doesn't it change the taste of the dishes? I can't really imagine, say, tomatoe sauce with basil and coconut oil..

    I hope you'll like it!

    I find coconut oil to be a little sweeter and nuttier in flavor than olive oil. Equally delicious, just different, and subtle in most dishes.

    I honestly can't tell the difference, but I use very little oil in all recipes. I actually like the taste of it much better than olive oil, which I can't taste at all.....
