What do you do on your EXERCISE FREE day?

As most of you know, I'm a fitness and dance instructor, I love teaching classes but no one should workout EVERYDAY, :noway:
So what do you do on days of Rest?

1. EAT LOADS

2. SLEEP LOADS

3. GO FOR WALKS (HIKE)

4. COUCH OUT AND WATCH TV

5. SPEND TIME WITH THE FAMILY

6. EXTRA HOUSEWORK

7. PREPARE FOR THE WEEK

8. CATCH UP ON PAPERWORK

9. GO SHOPPING

10. STUDY

It'll be really interesting to see what everyone gets up to on those days... don't forget to say how many days you have off from exercise per week.
