Sucralose and the Breakfast Dilemma

I have just completed the first week of the two week Atkins induction diet. I am not a big breakfast (or morning) person. I need something quick that does not require cooking and does not contain eggs.
So, I have picked up some of the Atkins shakes to use. I'm a little scared to use them because I have a serious sweet tooth that is easily triggered and I don't like using artificial sweeteners and these contain Sucralose. Does anyone have an acceptable breakfast shake alternative? Preferably one with natural products that will keep me full but won't blow my daily carb count?

Coconut/ almond milk and hemp protein powder with a little raw cacao powder if you like?0
-
Or of course the standard answer is a bulletproof coffee which will keep you full for hours!0
-
Full fat Greek yogurt blended with black/raspberries? Maybe with a splash of HWC?0
-
Bacon that I have pre-cooked, cold from the fridge. Clotted cream with a few frozen raspberries....my favourite.0
-
Plain coffee with a large spoon of coconut oil, mixed with a blender. I know bullet proof is supposed to also have butter but I don't do it, coconut oil tastes much better.0
-
Smoothie made with a stevia sweetened whey protein powder, full fat Greek yogourt or coconut milk, a few berries and some spinach or kale used to be a staple for me, I used to throw some flax meal in there too sometimes.0

Thanks for the suggestions!0

One Minute Muffin made with flaxseed! It's really good. I flavor mine to taste kinda like banana bread. It does have an egg in it, but you can't taste it.0

Green, I have heard this so many times. Pre-keto, yogurt was one of my favorite snacks. And, I live in a huge metropolitan area (Detroit suburbs) and I can't find "full fat yogurt".
I was at WalMart tonight and every single Greek yogurt is either lo-fat or no fat and is loaded with 20g+ carbs (too much for Keto). I have also looked at Kroger. Can't find it. I have found Carb Smart yogurt and it only has 4g carbs, but it tastes horrible (to me.) I bought 10 or so and threw them away.
Can you tell me the exact:
Brand?
Where to buy it?
How any carbs in grams?
How any carbs of fat in grams?
Can you post a picture of the product?
Thank you,

Do you eat breakfast because you want to? Or because of the "you-have-to-eat-breakfast" mantra? Or does the Atkins diet suggest/recommend it? Just curious (I never have read the Atkins diet book).
Many Keto people skip breakfast (I hardly ever eat it) and let my body consume some more fat. Lunch is my break fast.

Are you talking about the Kroger brand Carb Master yogurt? If so, I actually love it! My favorites are the carrot cake, cinnamon roll and caramel spice cake. Some flavors are definitely better than others.

Dan, I am in Canada, but where I live, the high fat Greek yogourt is not found in the regular dairy aisle with the sugar laden low fat stuff. I have to look for it in the organic section, or at the health food store. I used to buy the organic 3.5% kind until I found the 11% Greek kind. My store has a couple of different choices for brands, but I am sure that our brands are different here, so won;t mention them.
Do your stores have a health food or organic section, maybe try there ?0 -
Interesting. I eat it because i think i should and if i don't i will get hungry about mid morning. Atkins recommends eating 3 full or 6 mini meals per day. Maybe I'll try a mid morning snack instead.

I just eat breakfast and supper and don't feel hungry enough to eat more often than that.0

My Walmart carries Great Value Brand Greek Whole Milk Yogurt.
1 cup = 190 cal, 8g fat, 9g carb which I assume is all milk sugar because it only lists milk as the ingredient, 20g protein

Thank YOU Green! I will go again and take this pic with me. That actually sounds doable if I am very good that day on my carbs. Tonight at Walmart, looking at the yogurt rack, its about 12 feet wide and taller than I am, so I probably overlooked it....

@DittoDan : I have had a hard time finding the full fat greek yogurts at the stores, too, since they all want to do "low fat / fat free" instead.
I have used Fage and Chobani brands. Here are links to their full fat varieties with nutritional info:
http://usa.fage.eu/product/fage-total-classic-176-oz
http://www.chobani.com/products/blended#plain
And just so you know I'm not kidding about eating it, here's a pic of the empty containers with my incredibly photogenic cat Tom behind them:
Please forgive the messy desk.
I have had mixed luck with finding the full fat varieties in the stores. My local grocery sometimes has the Chobani, but not always. I end up picking up the Fage whenever I go to a health food store. Your luck may vary where you're at.
I never eat a whole serving. Way too many carbs. I used to do a half serving in the morning (about 113g) with a couple tablespoons of heavy cream added for extra fat, and a couple drops of stevia with a quarter teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whip well with a fork. Nom.
For breakfast shakes, I second the comment about Bulletproof coffee variants. I use cacao butter, hemp hearts, gelatin, coconut oil, and heavy cream in mine. Ridiculously good.
You also might try making sugar-free jello! I used to make my own with unflavoured gelatin + herbal tea and even pureed raspberries sometimes. Add a few drops of liquid stevia. You can get some tiny "single serving" containers and make ahead. Just grab, add a couple tablespoons of cream, and go. I would recommend something more filling to have with it, though, like some fatty breakfast meats.

I know it isn't yogurt, per se, but the Jello Fat Bombs I make have a texture and flavor profile that reminds me of the creamy custard style yogurt. Might be worth trying, because you make it with full fat sour cream and heavy cream, so you control the fat. And because of the SC it still has the yogurt "tang."

I'm sure glad I can get 11% yogourt here...0

Skip the yogurt, move to Creme Fraiche. It is basically yogurt made from pure cream.0

I have Alvarado Street Flax Bread, one slice toasted with peanut butter and coconut flakes sprinkled on it.. It last a long time. One slice of Essential Flax bread has 9 g carbs.. but 8 grams of fiber. It can be a little too crunchy so don't toast it too long.0

@Sk8Kate I use 1-2 tablespoons of hemp hearts, depending on how "full" I want to be.
Since I am using a high powered blender, I just toss them in without soaking.
I'm using the recipe here as a base: http://www.healthfulpursuit.com/2015/04/rocket-fuel-latte/
