If you have any suggestions for me I'll be in Columbia , San Francisco - and L.A. In December....

My favourite vegan offerings are at "Botanica" in Red Hill in Brisbane Australia.

    Cafe Gratitude (also in San Francisco) - an experience
    Native Foods - diverse & funky menu
    Veggie Grill (multiple locations)"fast-food" burgers, salads, and some nice entrees
    Real Food Daily - Home-style comfort foods
    One World (West Covina) multi-cultural

    So many more great places - check out http://www.happycow.com for the cities to which you will be traveling. L.A. is a HUGE area & not everything is close by, but may be worth going out of the way.
