    Part of learning about good fats for me was discovering coconut oil.

    It has become a favorite of mine.

    It is good for my cholesterol, goes good in my coffee, good for cooking, good for my skin.

    That stuff is like magic.

    Maybe it is just eating a diet that agrees with my body and doing some reasonable amount of exercise

    I also get in the sauna for 12 minutes or more at least 3 times a week. Sweating at workout and then cleansing out more in the sauna supposedly is good for the body

    I need to read more and see where facts end and folklore starts!
