Well this is the second time doing Max Interval Circuit and I must say I did better than I did on Monday. Its such a good workout and I found myself talking out loud to push through it.

Second time for me also for Max interval circuit. Got up later than I usually do for my morning workout so I thought I would not be able to get through it but ended up doing the whole of it (Yaay me)!0

I am so tired, those last 3 days were crazy. Guests, schooling, car breaking down. Right now I am sitting at my desk working on my CV and the only thing I want is to go to bed and sleep. But I will do my workout first. I'll let you know how it goes.0

Workout completed. I am low on energy but I made it. I am, however, dreading tomorrow's Plyo already.0

So disappointed today, when I got home I was all set to do Max Interval. I had all my usual workout gear and my arms & chest is so sore I could not raise my upper arms to do the jump jacks. I tried to dig deeper but could not pull through. I had to stop & just rest. I will do max interval tomorrow & pylo on Sunday. I have come too far. Will do the hot shower & take some advil.0

Did Max Interval and thought I did much better this time. I took it easier on the warm up so I didn't run out of steam so fast. Not looking forward to Plyo tomorrow, I really do not like that one.0
