I have to admit, right now I'm pretty proud of myself! I realize at this moment I could be completely finished with the Insanity program but I took two weeks off to recover from being sick. Instead of giving up & not continuing, I started recovery week over just to get back into it. I felt weak, I even felt a little light headed but I pushed through.
Today, having the fit test & a full workout, I was fully expecting to feel like I couldn't keep up. I have to say I surprised myself! As hard as I thought it was going to be, I was able to push through & I'm so glad I did! Here's to the start of month 2, all over again!

Some reason I felt better doing it yesterday than I did a few weeks back! On the fit test I saw an improvement on the majority of the sets but went down one on the knee touch, & four on the low plank oblique. I think I can live with that, lol.0

That's great! I'm almost finished my second round of insanity and I'm going to do one more. I love it. It gets ruff sometimes but when you know what you want it gets easy. I wish you the best of luck0

That's awesome! @Mickey1413 I was thinking of trying something a little different after I'm done with Insanity ... I would like to start something with strength training but I haven't decided what program to run with as of yet.
Good to hear from you!0
