Day 130 on MFP and WFPB - NSV (I think??)

So today is day 130 on MFP and eating WFPB - its my TOM so no weighing for a while.
However, last night I noticed this definition in my thighs that was never there before - had me excited! I was not really pulling the leg "tight" - just went to lift it off the bed to check on one of the kids and I looked down and was like, wow, that is new?!
Below are pics of both the right and left legs with this definition where you can really see the outline of my thigh muscle! I hardly exercise, just trails and swimming when I can fit it in with the kids and work. Mainly I am eating plant based 100% for over 4 months so I know the end result when I get there is a really lean body.
I am thinking of adding some weight training in soon as we have the equipment downstairs - maybe this will keep me motivated to do just that!
I am well on my way! Hopefully you all can see the outline I am seeing!
