Just out of curiosity, are there any other (relatively) low-carbers out there following a mostly vegan diet, particularly for health reasons? I eat some fish and eggs, and non-fat dairy, but eat nuts and seeds and oils to get about 40% calories from fat.

    Hey there frd :)
I think it's very challenging, but not impossible. Mainly comes down to how much energy you wanna spend on the puzzle of getting all vital micronutrients in. In your case the challenge is sufficient complete protein, B12 etc. You could possibly also do more oily fish like sardines and mackerel. I sometimes make my own gravlax, if you're interested, I'll send you recipe.

    It's my goal!
    A long term goal.
At least mostly vegetarian (with some fish). Hubs is vegetarian, and lord knows it would be easier for me if I was as well (he was raised by vegans). He does all the cooking.

    Thanks for the link foam.
