So, I don't remember who posted about www.healthfulpursuit.com this morning (I think it was @Teneko about the Rocket Fuel Lattes), but she has some amazing things on her site. Particularly a video I just watched that has things she's discovered that she loves.

Heard of Epic bars? Whole food protein bars you can keep in your purse...and so much more.

Definitely worth a read if not a listen!

    interesting. We have been questioning our water supply lately (fluoride, chlorine etc) so I'm going to look up the water filter she mentioned.

    It is pretty expensive - in the $200 range for most, but if you don't have to change it but every 6000 gallons, that could be a great investment! Especially since the average use is $100+ in stuff for a Brita pitcher yearly.
