Here's how I'm choosing to celebrate. Got my appetite back, too, and my energy is returning. Hooray!

Thanks JPW! I haven't been hungry since eating that, not surprisingly.0

Man, are those cheese curds?? I can't find any good ones around here.0

Yeah, all my favorite indulgences (except bread, of course... and wine, which I'm limiting to weekends.)
Yes, @glossbones, they are! I've never seen them in TX before, so I was a little suspicious. But it's a Wisconsin brand, and they were yummy.0 -

Thanks! I didn't realize the photo would display sideways on a computer. I usually use MFP on our iPad, where it seems to be easiest to use.
The cheeses shown are cheddar curds, havarti with caraway seeds, and applewood smoked fontina. The olives are regular ol' queen green olives, but stuffed with serrano peppers. (I love spice and it doesn't often upset my stomach.) Then there's gardiniera mix (says 1g carb per serving on the bottle, not sure I believe that given the ingredients, but it's yummy!) And nice, thick, full-fat pepperoni. I'm still stuffed!0 -
Congratulations! It looks amazing!0

Thanks @gsp90x! Turned out to be my lowest carb day ever, I think. Not entirely on purpose, but I'll take it. I'm very excited to have energy again.0
