So what parts do you like? Which parts to you HATE, and why? Or just rant about anything in this workout, to vent your frustrations. It's good for ya! lol
(Regarding Level One so far)
Me? I hate lunges. Ohhh my god. OWWWW. And I can barely do push-ups after lifting them weights during squats. I like the ab moves, it hurts pretty good. But damn, it's hard to do bicycle crunches in the end. Holding my legs up seems to be the most painful, which is strange. You'd think my tummy'd be burning the most, but it's my legs! Butt-kicks feel good after all those static squats and lunges, gets some blood back into those aching muscles.

Level 1, Day 4 - Done - Feeling it in my abs today, they don't want to straighten out, want me to stay curled up. I think they're still crunching inside. haha.0

lol YEAH, I remember a couple days in, it HURTS to laugh. That'll go away real soon. Just breathe easy, move around, do a little walking, hot baths always help me.

I struggled a bit on Level 2 today (This is day 14, I'm almost half done!) I dunno why, during double jump ropes, my mid-back aches like HELL! Either from plank moves or from the shoulder strength stuff. It's NOT comfortable to jump up and down after all that. I'm sure it'll get easier but now? ..............f--ing OW.0
