I started taking an interest in my health about two months ago and honestly didn't think I was going to see any progress. Most of the weight loss has just come from diet change alone. My Fitness Pal has really helped me be accountable for what I eat and how many calories I'm consuming. I just wanted to share my happiness because honestly I am just over the moon right now.

That is fantastic! It is very eye opening to see how many calories we use to consume when we weren't paying attention.0

Good for you on the loss!
Regarding your post, are you doing any strength exercises? If not, you can try Stronglifts 5x5 or New Rules of Lifting for Women. I have the NROLFW book-- I personally didn't care for the program itself, but the book has a ton of valuable information in it. Here's the link to the women's SL group on MFP: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/4601-stronglifts-5x5-for-women
If you're don't have access to weights or just not sure if you're ready for the weights yet, you can do some body weight exercises like You Are Your Own Gym, Convict Conditioning, or the beginner body weight exercise on the Nerd Fitness website.
And just because these are some awesome links for information:

The authors of those posts are two of the most knowledgeable people on this site, and USMCMP is one of my MFP heroes, so there's some solid advice there!
Good luck!
