Strengthening shoulders?

I can't lift well with my left arm. I've only been working out since I had my daughter and she would be nursed in my left arm frequently, sleep in the crook of my arm at night, etc. So whenever I'd work out, I would be incapable of lifting equally with each arm. For push-presses (one-armed) I can do 25lb-30lb with my right, but only 15lb-20lb with my left. I was struggling with a mere 15lb on Turkish getups yesterday and felt like an absolute failure.
Can anyone help me figure out how to fix this?

The short answer is; keep pressing.
Dumbbell based which you are doing are great for addressing strength imbalances between right and left limbs, I would attempt to do more strict pressing in lieu of push presses to place emphasis on the anterior/medial deltoid/triceps/traps etc and musculature involved in the pressing motion as opposed to relying on the extra power from hip extension.
Here is a post I put up on shoulders in general as well, make sure you are supplementing exercises to keep your shoulder healthy as it is one of the easier things to injure or strain:
