What are your macros?

So after todays disaster im moving back up to 30g carbs a day / 10% carbs (up to 50g max, but i'll be aiming for and keeping it close to 30g carbs generally). My protein is now set back up to 90g a day or 30%, working out at the perfect suggested 0.6-0.8g protein per pound of bodyweight (exactly 0.7g per pound), and my fats are lowered back to 80g a day or 60%.
My weight is 132 pounds and im 5ft1" tall, and my calories are 1200 a day (for only a 0.7 pound per week projected weightloss).
Im hoping this will still keep me in keto - but is this likely at these macros?
And, what are your macros (grams and percentages)???

I must ask, as someone only an inch taller, why 1200? What weight are you trying for?0

My TDEE is only 1550 (sedentary), so 1200 cals is only a deficit of 350 cals, which works out at a projected weightloss of just 0.7 pounds per week
I managed to lose 18 pounds in 2-3 months eating low-carb Primal with med-high protein and medium fats, but then i stalled and lost nothing for 3+ weeks, hence why i played with my macros, lowering my carbs and upping my fats to try to get more ketogenic, as MFP would not allow me to set my calories any lower.
If i eat more than 1200 cals i dont lose weight. (Ideally 1000 cals a day is what i should be eating for the 500 calorie deficit required for 1 pound a week loss, and i do sometimes manage to keep it around the 1000 cals mark, but i cant sustain that every day as i do get hungry, so 1200 is the highest i can possibly go.)0 -
15C, 70F, 15P, but I also set mine for 2400 calories because I don't really care how much I'm eating as long as it's the right stuff. I'm 5'10, 181.6 pounds (this morning), and normally eat between 1200 and 1400 calories because I'm just not that hungry most of the time. I'm just aiming for low carb, not necessarily keto.0

I wonder what the difference between low-carb and keto is defined as?0

Generally, if you're staying under 50g carbs, it's assumed you'll be in keto. I'm not staying under 50g, but I am going under 50 some days.

Ahhh, well thats a good figure to know. I wondered what the cross-over point was. Thanks Twibbly.0

I am at 16% carbs today. Most of that was in a pizza I made that was low carb.
Today was a hard weightlifting day . So I ate fuel for the day's activities.
The total carbs, not net, is 69 I believe.0 -
40g is my carb limit.
120-130g is my protein goal. I fill the rest with fat. The macros end up looking similar to:
10%C, 30P%, 60F%0 -
I am just getting started and I am trying to make this as easy on myself as possible--- I don't care about calories right now. Carbs under 50g at the most (but I prefer to stay under 40). Shooting for 100g protein, but again I am so early in this I am really just watching the carbs right now. I will get to tweaking later. I am also trying to keep cheese consumption to 1-2oz per day and increasing veggies to 5 servings per day (instead of the paltry 2 or 3 servings I was eating). Eventually I want to get veggie servings to 8-9 per day... but for right now, it's baby steps.0

My Macros are set at: 5% carbs, 20% protein and 75% fat. The calculator set my calories at 1200. The last 5 or 6 days I have stopped watching my calories. So some days I am a little over on calories and fat and under on carbs and protein. I am feeling great with it this way. I will be at 4 weeks of this WOL on Monday. My weigh in day is Monday, so I will see if ignoring the calories has had any effect on my weight loss.0

My macros typically run 70/25/5, although today I am 78/15/7. MFP sets my calories at 1,390 with almost 15 lbs left until goal. I generally eat between 1250-1300.0

Thanks all, that's really interesting to see such differences.
@baconslave - your macro %s are set to the same as mine. What are your goals and what results are you seeing from this diet? Have you been eating at these macros for long?
Sorry for all the Qs but im just trying to understand the impact of macro ratios on our results.0
