suggestions for a day away

I mistakenly posted this in the wrong room....wanted Keto specific suggestions.

My daughter is in a soccer tournament tomorrow. We will be at the fields from 9am until 4pm. I will have a cooler, but it will be filled with water and "cooling towels" for the girls. I can take another cooler, but am not sure what to pack. I guess I can throw in a chicken breast, but that means packing utensils. We don't have time between games to run out to get something to eat.

Suggestions, please?

Also, in another month, I have (get to) to go camping with dd for a girl scout camping trip. I have to bring a side dish. I could use suggestions for that too. Also could use suggestions for breakfast and lunch while camping. I'll be in a tent with no refrigeration. I will have a cooler and will, hopefully, be able to get ice.

Also, in another month, I have (get to) to go camping with dd for a girl scout camping trip. I have to bring a side dish. Also could use suggestions for breakfast and lunch while camping.

Soccer tournament: Make up some roast beef & cream cheese roll-ups: take sliced roast beef and spread with cream cheese, roll and store in a tupperware & keep on ice. Hard boiled/deviled eggs, also good. Chicken salad. No bread BLT using large romaine lettuce leaves spread w/ mayo, thin sliced tomatoes, couple strips of bacon...roll up. Cauliflower crust pizza, made tonite, slice and wrap in foil in individual servings and eat cold (find recipe and how-to on YouTube...search Cauliflower pizza crust-it's awesome). Green salad w/ meat and cheese toppings, dressing on the side until ready to eat. Cheese and pepperoni stix...almonds or other nuts. Pork rinds w/ some kind of yummy cream cheese or sour cream dip.

Camping trip: All of the above suggestions but also consider that you can pre-cook and freeze beef or chicken dishes wrapped in lots of heavy duty tinfoil. They usually stay frozen for a day or two while camping. As they thaw you can pop them into the coals of the campfire to reheat and have a nice meal. For a side dish, I'd make a "fauxtato" salad...regular savory potato salad recipe that subs cauliflower for the potatoes...usually the "normals" don't really notice the difference or like it even better. Or I do a broccoli salad recipe similar to this: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/fresh-broccoli-salad/ and use Splenda or another keto approved sweetener in place of sugar, then pick around the raisins in my portion and let the normals enjoy them in their serving.

Hope that gets you started on some ideas! :-)
